The Electrolux Baking Plate Gas Chromed Smooth A7FTGDSS00 with inclined surface is a unit that can be mounted on an open lower cabinet, bridge support or support arm system.
Grease discharge and splash edges
The large drain hole on the cooking surface allows excess grease to drain into the 1-liter collection tray located below. The stainless steel splash edges on the back and sides prevent splashing of the grease. These are easily removed to make cleaning easier.

The griddle is suitable for use with natural gas or LPG gas. For added safety, this unit uses a piezo ignition.

The thermostatically controlled temperature allows you to accurately adjust the griddle. The griddle stops heating when the desired temperature is reached.
