These trolleys are resistant to rust and corrosion, making them long-lasting and always looking neat. In addition, they are easy to clean, which is essential in food preparation environments. Stainless steel shelf trolleys are available in various sizes and configurations, allowing them to meet different needs.

How do you choose the right regal trolley for your catering establishment?

Selecting the right regal cart for your hospitality facility is an important decision that requires some thoughtful considerations. Consider what capacity you need. This depends on the size of your kitchen, the number of meals you prepare and serve, and the amount of utensils and food you move daily. A shelf cart must provide enough space to meet all these requirements without becoming overcrowded or inefficient.

Furthermore, it is smart to consider the available space in your kitchen. Carefully measure the available space, including doorways and aisles, to ensure that the shelf cart can be easily moved in and out of the kitchen. A good fit is essential to avoid unnecessary logistical problems.

Finally, it is important to consider what specific tasks the shelf cart will perform. Some shelf carts are designed for transporting dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, while others are used for storing utensils or organizing ingredients. The layout and functions of the cart should fit perfectly with the tasks you want to perform.

Our expert team at Horecacentrum Brabant is always ready to advise and help you make the right choice. We understand that every hospitality facility is unique, and we strive to find the perfect stainless steel shelving cart that seamlessly fits your needs and makes your kitchen more efficient and effective.

Maintenance of stainless steel shelf trolleys

Regular maintenance of your stainless steel shelf trolley is important to ensure that it continues to perform optimally and always meets hygiene standards. A well-maintained shelf trolley can not only extend its life, but also ensure the safety and quality of your food and kitchen processes.

One of the first steps in maintaining a stainless steel shelving unit is to clean it regularly. Use warm water and a mild detergent to remove dirt and grease residue. Be sure to thoroughly clean all surfaces, including the drawers, shelves and handles. Using a soft cloth or sponge is ideal to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.

In addition to cleaning, it is important to regularly check the moving parts of the regal trolley, such as wheels and brakes, and correct any wear or problems. Lubrication may be necessary to ensure that the trolley keeps moving smoothly and can be moved easily.
