About Combisteel

Combisteel was founded in 1999. Its primary focus is importing and distributing high quality kitchen and hospitality equipment. Combisteel is dedicated to supporting its customers and providing exceptional products and service. Its catalog consists of 3,800+ products featuring the latest products and technologies.

The advantages of a Combisteel deep fryer

  • Material: The fryers are made of high-quality stainless steel (RVS). Stainless steel fryers are not only durable and long-lasting, but this also makes the appliances easy to clean and maintain, which is essential for hygiene in the hospitality industry.
  • Cold Zone: Many models are equipped with a so-called "cold zone. This is the area under the heating element where deep-frying leftovers and crumbs sink to the bottom. This keeps them from burning, which improves the taste of the fried food and significantly extends the life of the frying oil.
  • Thermostatic control: The temperature is precisely adjustable (usually to 180°C or higher) and is kept constant. In case of overheating, a safety mechanism provides automatic shutdown, increasing safety.
  • Ease of use and maintenance: The heating elements are often removable and the grease pan is seamlessly deep-drawn. This facilitates cleaning and prevents dirt from accumulating in seams and crevices. Many models also have a drain valve, which allows for safe and quick oil changes.

Standing models and table models

Combisteel offers a wide range of professional fryers for the catering industry, available in both floor-standing and tabletop models. Tabletop fryers are ideal for kitchens with limited space or for use on a workbench or cooking line. They are compact, yet still deliver the performance needed in a professional environment. Standing fryers are designed for kitchens that need larger capacity and a permanent location for their fryer. They are often more powerful and have a larger capacity.

Electric fryers and gas fryers

Combisteel offers both electric and gas fryers. Electric fryers run on electricity and are often easy to install in any kitchen with the proper power connection (230V or 400V). They are popular for their precise temperature control and constant heating. Combisteel supplies electric fryers of various power ratings, ranging from 3 kW to 2x9 kW, which ensures rapid heating and temperature recovery even during peak hours. Gas fryers are powered by natural gas or propane. Known for their fast heat-up time, they are an excellent choice for locations where power is limited or where very high production capacity is needed. Like the electric models, they are available in single and double models and with varying capacities.

Single or double Combisteel fryers

Combisteel offers both single and double models of fryers. Single fryers have one fryer. They are perfect for smaller establishments or for frying one type of product, such as French fries. Double fryers are one of the most popular versions in the professional hospitality industry. They consist of two separate fryers, each with its own heating element and thermostat. This allows you to simultaneously fry two different products (for example, fries and snacks) without flavors mixing. Moreover, it offers the flexibility to use only one pan during quiet periods, saving energy.

Combisteel fryers with or without drain valve

Many models, both standing and tabletop, feature a drain valve. This makes emptying and changing the frying oil much safer and easier.
