Serving carts are an indispensable addition to your hospitality facility. Our serving carts offer a wide range of benefits and applications in various hospitality environments. Here you will discover the different aspects of serving carts and how to make the right choice for your specific needs.

The advantages of serving trolleys for your catering establishment

Serving carts offer numerous benefits to hospitality establishments. They are designed to make serving meals and drinks at the table more efficient, allowing your guests to enjoy seamless and professional service. With serving carts, you can easily transport multiple plates, glasses, cutlery and other supplies, significantly improving workflow in the kitchen and serving staff.

In addition, serving carts contribute to the presentation of dishes and drinks, enhancing guests' overall dining experience. They are also useful for serving special dishes, desserts or drinks at the table, which can add an extra touch of elegance to your catering establishment.

Types of serving trolleys

At Horecacentrum Brabant, we offer a varied selection of serving trolleys, so you can make the perfect choice to suit your needs. Our range includes serving trolleys with one or several levels, with or without a tray, and with different materials such as stainless steel or plastic. Each type of serving trolley has its own features and advantages.

Serving trolleys made of different materials

Serving carts are available in a variety of materials, with stainless steel and plastic being the most common options. Stainless steel serving carts offer durability and are resistant to rust and corrosion, making them ideal for demanding hospitality environments. Plastic serving carts are lighter weight and easy to clean, making them suitable for certain applications.

How to choose the right serving cart?

Choosing the right serving cart depends on several factors, including the nature of your catering establishment, desired capacity and available space. Consider how often you will use the serving cart, what items you want to serve and whether you need additional features such as drawers or shelves. Our team of experts is ready to guide you in making the best choice so that your serving cart fits your operational needs seamlessly.

Maintenance of serving trolleys

To ensure that your serving trolley always remains in top condition and meets the highest hygiene standards, regular maintenance is essential. Cleaning the serving trolley can easily be done with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Be sure to thoroughly clean all surfaces, including the wheels and handles.

Inspect the serving cart regularly for any signs of wear, loose parts or other problems. Identifying potential problems early can help prevent larger repairs or replacement, ensuring your serving cart is always ready for use.
