Stainless steel deep fryer
Brand: Electrolux
Type: A7FRGD1GF0
The casing of the Electrolux Fryer Gas 1x15L Z7FRGD1GF0 is made entirely of stainless steel. The fryer is equipped with a 15-liter stainless steel reservoir, fitted with a frying basket.
Temperature control
The temperature of the tank is adjustable by means of a thermostat. In addition, the tank is equipped with a thermostat for protection against overheating, which should be connected to the hood’s B-valve and fan motor.
Cold zone
Heat transfer is carried out by means of so-called “flash pipes. This creates a so-called “cold zone” under these flash pipes, which reduces the amount of burned particles that remain suspended in the fat and sink to the bottom. This allows you to use your grease or oil longer.
Supplied complete
The base is made of stainless steel and features a door. The fryer comes complete with a drain tray.
