Dry-Aging Cabinet
Brand: Polar
Model: UA038
Unlock the flavors and textures of dry-aged meat with the Polar U-Series meat aging cabinet. Designed for butchers, steakhouses, and hotel kitchens, the cabinet offers precise temperature and humidity control via a user-friendly digital controller with an alarm, ensuring that valuable inventory remains protected. Effective UVC sterilization and an activated carbon filter ensure hygienic, odor-free storage, while the reversible tempered glass door makes it easy to monitor progress and creates an attractive display visible to guests. The lockable door provides essential security for the valuable contents.
Built for high-capacity workflows, the Polar meat aging cabinet comes with 3 shelves, 4 hooks, and 1 hanger, plus a sturdy hanging rail with a load capacity of 30 kg—ideal for large cuts of meat on the bone and larger pieces. An energy-saving control system pauses the fan when the door is opened to minimize unnecessary power consumption, and simple manual defrosting keeps maintenance straightforward. Flexible installation is supported by the reversible door, and the cabinet is compatible with a salt block for improved moisture control (sold separately). Enhance flavor, improve tenderness, and deliver consistent, cost-effective results time after time.
