Professional spiral kneader with a 20-liter stainless steel mixing bowl, suitable for kneading various types of dough in bakeries, pizzerias and catering kitchens. The removable bowl makes filling, emptying and cleaning easy and efficient.
The machine is equipped with heavy-duty 360° casters for easy movement. Thanks to the triple safety system, the machine starts only when the bowl is correctly positioned, the safety grid is closed and the STOP switch is pulled.
Due to its solid construction and high dead weight, permanent installation is not necessary. In addition, the machine is easy to clean.
